• Sheet Metal Fabrication: We are equipped with 8 press brakes of various sizes and 3 laser cutting systems with auto-feed capability to handle large volume and quick turn-around on your sheet metal parts.
• Waterjet Cutting: Hatfield Metal Fabrication, Inc. provides options for cost-effective precision machining with state-of-the-art waterjet cutting services. Water jet cutting can produce a finished product in a fraction of the time of other conventional processes. Our advanced equipment offers a range of capabilities.
• ASME Certified Manufacture and Repair: Hatfield Metal Fabrication is authorized by ASME to construct and repair high pressure vessels in accordance with the latest editions of the ASME Code. • Complete CNC Controlled Machine Shop: We offer one of the best equipped full service metal CNC machine shops in the Northeast. Services include milling, drilling, machining, Bridgeport work,lathe work, tapping, and more.
• Industrial Painting and Powdercoating: Rounding out the fabrication process is our industrial painting and powder coating facility. We have two spray booths and two large bake ovens which can handle a large number of parts at one time and allow us the ability to run both processes at one time.
